Software solutions for the construction industry


We have a longstanding partnership with STR (Team System Group) for the implementation of a vertical ERP for the construction industry called STR Vision

The resulting software aimed at the management of large infrastructures and the building industry in general, granting both small and large firms a full circle management of the projects, providing all the operators with a flexible, powerful and user friendly software tool to facilitate every aspect of the process.

By using an interface similar to the one of widespread electronic calculation sheets, it is possible to enter data in the correct grids which can ease and speed up the process, while also checking for its consistency, guaranteeing maximum precision. On top of these features, it is also possible for the user to create custom filters for speedy and precise searches, without having to mine all the data. Thanks to its exquisitely modular architecture, it is even possible to customize the user interface according the specific requests and personal needs. The data administration is achieved via ad-hoc functions: estimating, price analysis, price lists and accounting and the final rendering of the data into specific reports with a thoroughly tested and well-founded business intelligence, all strictly according the specific regulations and even allowing a workflow and job planning via Gantt diagrams to have a more structured overview of the projects as a whole.

Another noticeable feature which sets this ERP apart from the mass is the interoperability of its data, allowing exporting and importing from and other management software and ERPs.

The complete bundle also includes a fully operational BIM module (Building Information Modeling), which describes and represents the buildings’ structural information rendering it to 3D CAD models, and, with the use of takeoff functions, allows tracing and filtering of said data into the corresponding estimates. It is also possible to import standard IFC files of 3D CAD models representing architectural, structural and blueprinting data. Once imported, the model can be easily manipulated with its built in metric computation functions, in order to extrapolate the specific and necessary measurements relative to each item into the corresponding estimates, directly from the 3D models.
