We collaborate with SOGEA – a company specialized in ERP platform for SMEs - for the technological evolution of their Customer Relationship Management solutions (SaiOnWeb).

SaiOnWeb is the web platform proposed by Sogea to display, through an intuitive interface, functions and information aimed at all those who have relations with the company: customers, sales force, suppliers, internal staff who work in or whit the company.

SaiOnWeb is an application with a very wide functional coverage that allows the management of general customer / prospect data, with an address book with unlimited contacts and addresses for each, management of visits, information on items and prices proposed, contacts made or received via e-mail and telephone, activity calendar with planning of activities and resources, possibility of associating multiple commercial categories with relative potential to each customer / prospect, use of sub-categories for each commercial category, "Competing Companies" archive with the possibility of specifying items in competition and the related prices proposed, data relating to an internal team opportunity or contact person, visualization of structured offers.
