We collaborate with Skylab Italia, an established international company engaged in the distribution of application solutions in cloud. Skylab offers highly innovative proprietary technologies designed for SaaS such as Andromeda: Time & Cost Management Software, best-suited for Enterprise Companies and currently used by CNH Industrial, Leonardo, Stellantis. In 2019 SkyLab Italia joined the TeamSystem Group.
Our intervention is aimed at the revision and industrialization of the software development process on wide-ranging technological solutions, modular and distributed on a range of databases / micro-services.

We have radically modernized the code development methodologies, extending the use of Microsoft DevOps to:

• Structuring weekly / daily meetings to encourage interaction between the various stakeholders (Product owner, PM, Team leader, Developers & Testers)
• Increase the quality of the code created, after automated verification of unit tests
• Introduce validation policies for the software added by the development team
• Set up a structured management of Test & Quality Assurance activities, to facilitate deployment at the customer
• Automate all the processes for deploying solutions to customers

We are also dealing with the recovery / structuring of the information present in various modules of the solution through “Reverse engineering” of the code and the creation of a dedicated informative wiki.
