Re-engineering of Euroconference Group’s internal management systems (portal, CRM, back-office system)

We collaborate with Euroconference Spa (a company of the TeamSystem Group), a leader in the training sector dedicated to professionals who need for updating and in-depth analysis in the tax, accounting, labor law, legal and technical areas (aimed at engineers and architects).

Our activities are focused on the aspects of technological modernization of the client applications including:

The review of the reserved area of the portal, developing a responsive solution and improving response times (UI / UX revision adopting new technologies; code optimization; compliance with WAPT reports);
Integration with new interfaces of the Back Office system and with the management systems used by the Parent Company;
The implementation of a completely web-based AMS (Application Management & Support) system for the management of multi-level ticketing;
Re-engineering of code management and implementation processes (DevOps integration for automatic build / deployment and continuous verification of compliance with WAPT reports)
